Prepare your sender
Open the newsletter getting started guide or Settings → Newsletter sender. Enter the sender name, email address and reply-to address.
Add the verification record with your domain’s DNS provider and check the domain in the CRM. Then follow the signing instructions until the sender is shown as verified. Do not change your existing mail MX records for this.
Build a newsletter with a clear purpose
- Open Campaigns and create a new newsletter once your sender is ready.
- Choose a starter template, one of your business templates or start from scratch.
- Write a subject that describes the content. Add text, images and a clear button where needed.
- Check the automatic preview at both desktop and mobile widths.
- Select one or more recipient lists, then save and review the newsletter.
Review before confirming
The review counts unique recipients, checks the sender and shows how many tokens are needed. The same address in several selected lists is counted only once.
Check links, images and contact details. A saved template or draft is not a sent newsletter. Sending starts only after your confirmation.
Follow the results
Open the campaign’s delivery report after sending. Queued means there is still work to do. Accepted means the sending service has received the email; delivered indicates a later delivery confirmation.
Delivery to the recipient’s mail server does not guarantee inbox placement. Consider a first newsletter to a few people willing to help check the content before sending to your entire list.
