One subscription per organisation
The standard price is SEK 249 per month or SEK 2,690 per year, excluding VAT. Annual billing saves SEK 298 compared with twelve monthly payments. Includes 10 users, including owners and administrators. Additional seats cost SEK 40 per seat per month, excluding VAT. Extra seats are billed monthly even when the base subscription is annual.
Organisation administrators manage billing and receipts under Settings. If you have several organisations, they have separate subscriptions and balances.
Monthly and purchased tokens
The subscription includes 2,000 monthly tokens. You start with the full monthly allowance even if your subscription starts partway through a month. The allowance resets on the first of each month; remaining monthly tokens do not roll over.
Monthly tokens are used before purchased tokens. Purchased tokens never expire. One token sends one newsletter to one recipient. Emails in automated sequences also use tokens.
Top up when needed
- Open Settings → Tokens and billing on the web.
- Choose how many tokens you need and view the price. Larger purchases have a lower per-token price as shown in the calculation.
- Review the total including VAT and the saved card to be used.
- Confirm the purchase. If your bank requests verification, complete it before tokens are added.
- If the payment status is uncertain, use Check payment without starting another purchase.
Cards, receipts and cancellation
Change your payment card under Payment card on the web. The verified card is used for future subscription payments and token purchases you confirm. Changing a card does not itself start a purchase.
Receipts shows previous paid purchases. Invoice (PDF) and payment receipt are separate documents. You can also download the receipt from its page.
Cancel the subscription in the web billing view to stop renewal. Paid access lasts until the date shown. Saved data and purchased tokens remain afterwards, but using the service requires active access.
