Newsletters

Create newsletter templates with your business style

Use ready-made sections, your own images and your brand profile for newsletters that are easy to reuse.

Start with your business profile

Save your logo, website and colours under Settings → Business appearance. New newsletters use that profile as their starting point.

For existing newsletters, you choose when to apply your latest business profile. A profile change should not unexpectedly change a finished draft in the background.

Use just enough sections

Use the text editor for headings, paragraphs and alignment. Combine text with an image, a button or a product card where it helps the reader take the next step.

In an image-and-text section, choose which side the image appears on. Images and buttons have alignment settings. A consistent image style and one clear main button often work well throughout a newsletter.

Upload and check images

Upload images from the editor. Large images may be resized before uploading; you receive feedback about the adjustment. Always check that the finished image appears in the preview.

Add descriptive alternative text. Important information, such as a time, price or action for the recipient, should also be written as ordinary text because some email clients block images.

Save what you want to reuse

  1. Choose Save as template and give it a name your team will understand.
  2. Next time, choose it under Business templates.
  3. When using a template for a campaign, you work in a copy.
  4. Edit the business template itself from the templates view when changes should apply to future newsletters. Deleting requires confirmation.

Check both widths

Look at the mobile preview before you finish. Short headings, readable spacing and a clear button often make more difference than extra sections.

The preview helps you check the layout, but email clients can render details differently. A real test email provides the final check.
