Sign in to the right business

1. Open the app and sign in with the same account you use on the web.
2. Choose the business you want to work in. If you belong to several organisations, check the business name before making changes.
3. Cannot find your business? Check that you are using the right account and ask your business administrator to check your invitation.

Pick up where you left off

Contacts, tasks and customer history belong to the same organisation whether you work on your computer or in the app. Your saved changes are in the same workspace.

Work with contacts and follow-ups, and read and reply to emails in your connected mailboxes. The app needs an internet connection to load and save information.

Choose your notifications

If you want notifications, allow them when the app asks. You can change this in your device settings. Also check that the right business is selected when following up an enquiry.
